Smart lighting
The most visible part of any automation setup. We configure:
- Lighting scenes (welcome, work, relax, presentation, night) per room or zone
- Dimmer control for individual circuits and groups
- Scheduled on/off and occupancy-based triggering
- Colour temperature adjustment for workspaces
- HDL Buspro and KNX wired bus systems for reliable, low-latency control
- Shelly and similar devices for retrofitting existing wiring without full rewiring
Climate control
- Smart thermostat integration with split units and central HVAC
- Zone-based temperature scheduling — different settings per area and time of day

AV and media
- Centralised AV control — one interface for TV, projector, speakers, and streaming

- Integration with room booking or occupancy systems where needed
Smart access
- Smart lock installation and configuration (keypad, card, app, and biometric options)
- Door and gate automation for offices and compounds
- Integration with the broader automation system — doors that unlock when a scene activates, or lock when the building goes into “night” mode
Control interfaces
- Mobile app control (iOS and Android) for the full system
- Physical wall panels and touchscreens
- Voice assistant integration where applicable
- Remote access for facility managers and building owners
Our approach
We work with wired bus systems (HDL Buspro, KNX) for new builds and major fit-outs where reliability matters, and with Wi-Fi/cloud devices (Shelly, Tuya, Home Assistant) for retrofits and smaller budgets. Both approaches can be integrated into a single control layer.
All systems are configured, documented, and handed over with staff training. We stay available for scene adjustments, additions, and troubleshooting after delivery.
